Service Description
Led by qualified prenatal instructor Lisa, our Prenatal Reformer Pilates classes are designed to support you through pregnancy with safe, low-impact movement. In a small group of up to three, you’ll receive personalised guidance to build strength, improve posture, support your pelvic floor, and ease everyday discomforts. Using the reformer for both support and resistance, each session is adapted to your body’s changing needs, while offering a calm, friendly space to move, breathe, and connect with other mums-to-be. Prenatal exercise is considered safe and beneficial for both you and your baby when your pregnancy is low risk and you feel well. Our classes follow current NHS guidance and are carefully adapted for pregnancy. * Please attend with approval from your GP or midwife before starting any new exercise. * This class is suitable for low-risk pregnancies and will be adapted to your stage of pregnancy.

We are not able to offer cancellations and refunds for bookings, only rescheduling of classes up to 3 days before the class. To reschedule a class visit the 'my bookings' page and select reschedule.
