Muma & Baby Mat Pilates with Harri & Baby Rowan
Wednesday 11.15am (45 min class & cake afterwards!)
Harri is returning from maternity leave with her little boy Rowan, born at the start of February, to host Muma and Baby classes. A fun and sociable class to meet other mums and bond with your little one through gentle movement. We will move with baby through a gentle class to aid recovery, breathe and enjoy movement. We will focus on supporting the pelvic floor, reactivating the transverse abdominals, support the healing of Diastasis Recti (split of the abdominals) and ease postural aches and pains.
This is a no-pressure, relaxed environment! Baby Rowan will be moving with Harri though this class, so we are all welcome to stop and feed, move around, change nappies, etc through the class.

Baby comes first! We also totally understand how long it takes to get out the house with your little one, so come and join us for the 45 min session whenever you can make it - late comers welcome!
Afterwards we will have tea and cake at Harri's home by the studio, a lovely way to socialise and meet other mums.
*This class is suitable for mums at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your GP to exercise
*There is no baby age limit
* Feel free to bring anything you need for your baby to lay on / sit on / play with - most of the class will be designed to keep babies involved and happy!

Prenatal Reformer Pilates with Lisa - certified prenatal Pilates instructor.
TUESDAY 10-11am
Our Prenatal Reformer Pilates classes are designed to support you through pregnancy with safe, low-impact movement. In a small group of up to three, you’ll receive personalised guidance to build strength, improve posture, support your pelvic floor, and ease everyday discomforts. Using the reformer for both support and resistance, each session is adapted to your body’s changing needs, while offering a calm, friendly space to move, breathe, and connect with other mums-to-be. Prenatal exercise is considered safe and beneficial for both you and your baby when your pregnancy is low risk and you feel well.
* Please attend with approval from your GP or midwife before starting any new exercise.
* This class is suitable for low-risk pregnancies and will be adapted to your stage of pregnancy.
