About the event
Pilates class on Knoll Beach oposite the Studland Sauna Hut from 6.30pm - 7.15pm, followed by an optional Sea swim and Sauna. Watch the sunset and enjoy a complimentary glass of Prosecco to celebrate the opening of Beach Pilates 2024!
An evening of wellness as we move and flow to the sounds of the sea. Relax, unwind and set you up for a beautiful weekend ahead.
Pilates suitable for all levels, from complete beginner to more advanced, Harri will ensure all levels feel equally engaged and challenged. Of course the sea swim and sauna is completely optional.

We are lucky to use this beautiful location at the Studland Sauna Hut that is located near the National Trust Cafe at Knoll Beach, Studland.
If you are coming from Bournemouth, it is an easy trip over from Sandbanks on the chain ferry.
