We can't wait to return to the Beach for another summer of Sunset and Sunrise Beach Pilates! Join us for a beautiful evening of Sunset Beach Pilates, Sea Swim, Sauna and a complimentary glass of Prosecco on the 10th of May and again on the 17th of May.

Flow with the waves as the sun blesses our day... Our class is set below the dunes at the quiet Solent beach, between Southbourne and Hengistbury Head. We always finish our class with an optional sea swim, its such a special way to start or finish your day and we leave feeling at peace...
